Want to know the Secret in successfully building an Network Marketing/ MLM Home based Business?
I’ll give it to You in five simple steps.  In order to grow Your network marketing business You need to have:

1. Targeted lead generation
2. Automated prospect follow-up
3. One-on-one relationship building
4. Sponsoring and
5. Training

Obviouslly, it’s better if You have one single simple marketing system that combines all these functions.
A system that’s inviting, informative, non-threatening, educational and fun.
If your Network Marketing company or upline group does not provide system(s) to accomplish these actions,
You absolutely have to set them up Yourself. But it’s a lot easier to go someplace where they
understand these MLM sponsoring secrets and already have an established, tested & proven system.

Just look at the failure rate in this business. The only thing duplicable about making a list of
friends and family is that anyone can make the list. The only thing duplicable about buying
leads is that all it takes is money or credit.

Network Marketing is about relationships. It is not about selling. It is not a numbers game.
When your system includes selling and/or tells you this is a numbers game you will
duplicate more failure than success.

A very important thing you need for MLM Success is people skills.

1st You need to like people. Without that, you will never make it. This is a relationship business.

2nd You need to truly care for others, meaning you can understand how they feel.
If they need sympathy, you are there for them, if they need help you are there for them.

3rd You need to be a good listener. This one is very difficult for certain people,
but once you learn to listen and I mean truly listen to what is being said and focus while
you are listening, people will know that you care. When you learn this, your prospects,                                                                                    family members, and friends will know you care.

4th Don’t change. You need to be YOU!

If you want people skills you need to be a real person. Think about how you would like to
be treated. How you would like people to listen to you, speak to you, and what you would
like to feel coming from that person. Once you can do this you will see major changes.

This step is crucial, so much that we, at Mentoring For Free are constantly training and
coaching people about building relationships.  We have a generic MLM “relationship-building”
training call 5 nights a week. No company is EVER mentioned on these calls. No products are EVER discussed.

Since network marketing is a relationship business, you need these skills. Your sponsoring
rate will go up considerably once you master this.

Read Success In 10 Steps,  for more info.

And I promise You, if You build people, then people will build Your business!

Finding Prospects and Keeping Them

October 7th, 2009

What’s the first thought that comes to mind when you have a Prospect?
Most people would say :
- You have to take a look at my business. It’s awesome, cures every illness, will solve all your money problems.
Now STOP and think for a second what happens when you approach people in this fashion…

Before you know, they’d have put on their running shoes and you probably wouldn’t hear from them again.
You must first realize that people join people NOT companies. Relationships are the key.

If that prospect doesn’t trust or like you they will never join your business.
I work with Mentoring For Free which is a FREE online Community of Network Marketing Professionals                                                      to helping anyone in Network Marketing to find success.

As our name states, Mentoring For Free, everything we do is exactly that, FREE.

I would recommend you start by downloading our FREE eBook at http://tinyurl.com/SucceedMLMe-BookTraining.

Once you are done reading it, I will share the complete training schedule and more great tools that will help you.

Experts say that if you deal with people in your business, you certainly need this FREE book.
Most people that download and read “Success In 10 Steps” save years of Failure and Frustration

when building a Business from Home, but some don’t because some just don’t value their Success enough to read it.

Become a Winner- Part 1

July 27th, 2009

The game of life.

In his book, “Betting on Yourself”, Dr Robert Anthony said that, if you’re determined to create a rewarding Network Marketing Business, to succeed on your relationships and to enjoy a sense of emotional well-being, keep reading so you can learn how to become a Winner in all these areas.

The path to winning is reasonably straight. There are however a number of obstacles that need to be overcome along the way.

Winning is an Attitude.

To understand what it takes to beat the odds against losing, you must first understand what it takes to be a winner.

Contrary to popular belief, winning is not a matter of luck. Winning is an Attitude.

For the purpose of this study, Dr. Robert Anthony divided the general population into 3 specific categories:

1. Winners

2. Losers

3. Non-Winners

Winner- This is a person who has what he wants. He achieves whatever he sets out to accomplish.

Loser- This one is someone who doesn’t have all he wants but has good “reasons” why he doesn’t have it. He feels he’s a victim of people, circumstances and conditions. He blames everyone and everything for his current situation in life.

Non-Winner- This is a person who is willing to do whatever it takes to be a Winner but who lacks the necessary knowledge and skills to go from where he is to where he wants to be. He doesn’t blame family, friends and some historical event in his life, nor does he blame himself. He realizes that through great knowledge and desire he can make some significant changes. Recognizing his present situation as a temporary one, he’s willing to do whatever is necessary to get on the path that leads to winning.

It you’re not presently a Winner, you are either a Loser or a Non-Winner. As a Loser, you cannot have what you want until you are willing to take the First Step.

This requires giving up all excuses or “reasons” for not having what you want. It also means no longer identifying with or attempting to justify your “victim” status. Once a Loser is able to do this, he will automatically move up into a Non-Winner category. As a Non-Winner, it now becomes possible to practice and eventually master the necessary skills to become a Winner.

In my next post I’ll give you the starting point to becoming a Winner.

To your Success,

Cristiana Martinez
