Questions your Prospects Ask

It is key to make your network marketing business as duplicatable as possible. And the less you have to talk, the more duplicatable it gets. The ability to use the Success In 10 Steps ebook and just point to sections that answer certain questions or to sections that would be valuable to people makes your life a lot simpler.

The format of the ebook has been very successful. It’s had over 107,000 downloads in the past 4 years. A lot of people have used STS to generate leads and build an MLM business. It is set up to make it easy for people to do network marketing. You don’t have to be an expert at anything. You hardly even need to be able to answer any questions.

We know the 3 questions people most ask when they’re looking for a business:

1. Is this something I can do?
2. Can I make money at it?
3. Can you help me?

For them to answer question #1 positively, the business has to be really simple. And it’s important to show them that it’s going to be simple for them to give this system to the people they bring into the business.

They may not be thinking that far ahead. But as soon as you point out to them that they have to be able to give THEIR prospects a simple system or their business will not duplicate, they know that is true.

On page 10 of STS, Michael Dlouhy talks about the 100 MLM companies that he joined. It’s a good story that can answer several different questions.

Most of the people who download the STS ebook are people who have already been in network marketing, but who have struggled with the business. They’re looking for answers. They don’t know why they haven’t been successful. They know it’s not because somebody else is smarter than they are. They are frustrated.

So Michael joining 100 different MLM businesses to kind of get an idea of how the whole thing works resonates with them. It makes sense to do that. And it helps give your prospect some background that helps them see all the value they can possibly get from reading this ebook.

Page 10 is definitely one of the sections I would point out to prospects. Again, when you only need to point someone to a page in the book to answer their questions and gain credibility, it becomes obvious that this is a very easy business to do.

A Great Article on MLM by Michael Dlouhy

One thing network marketers do is … we wonder why other people do the things they do. Some of that stuff really seems irrational, doesn’t it? Selfish, mean, nuts? It’s frustrating just to think about someone doing those crazy things. Why can’t they be normal? Like … like … like US for instance!

And do you know what the height of this lunacy is? They … look at us … and think exactly the same thing!

Since they are so set in their crazy ways, maybe the smartest thing for us to do is to be a bit less bothered by their nuttiness.

One way to do this is to look beyond their behavior and into their soul. The vast majority of associates and prospects and family members aren’t being devious. They are just doing what they believe in. If you can look at the other person and see the innocence behind their behavior, then you can have compassion for them.

One area where others seem to often “go too far” is in their idea of how quickly we should be doing some pretty weird (probably unproductive) action, to help them in their MLM business. To them, it’s urgent. You, on the other hand, have 27 things on your list more urgent and more likely to produce good results. So just think of the frustration you feel when a project is urgent to you and you have to depend on someone else for the next step. That may make it easier to “feel their pain” and not be so bothered by their behavior.

Have you Asked Yourself the 10K Question about your MLM?

When we start a job or a salaried position, we know what our hourly wage or our annual salary will be before we start.

When we start a home business, however, we rarely ask that question, and we should! We should know how haed we’ll need to work to achieve our goals.

Michael Dlouhy has taught us to ask The 10K Question:

“How many active distributors do I need in my business to generate a walk away residual income of $10,000 per month?”

There’s a good friend of mine that was in a business and discovered too late that it was going to be almost impossible to reach his goals. Bob wished he had asked the 10K question before he started.

If you don’t know the answer to that question in your present business, find out before you waste five years as he did.

If you are considering starting a business, ask the question. If your sponsor or upline or company rep support can’t answer you, RUN! As Michael Dlouhy says, “Run far and run fast!”

MLM Success! How to Have it!

In Network Marketing, People join People not Companies.

When you learn to build a relationship with your prospects you will have life long business partners or customers and MLM Success .

Leadership skills that are taught by professionals that you will be able to pass onto your downline organizations to create duplication in your businesses.
Duplication is what we are after so that you build it once, build it big, to pay your children’s children.

Being honest, open, and having integrity with each individual person will help you achieve MLM Success and become a Top Leader in the industry.

Create a know, like, and trust with each person you talk with. The way to do this is by showing your genuine interest and Listen to what they have to say. Learning what it is that they are looking for or what they’re struggling with, with will help you understand them.

Don’t call your prospects to pitch your deal. Talk with No Agenda. What that means is when I call the prospect it is just to talk and listen to them. Plus you also get a chance to see if you really want them on your team. Ask yourself, would I sponsor anyone into my business that I wouldn’t spend 30 days in a cruise with?

That’s right! You get to see if you want them on your team. Professional Network Marketers get to choose who they mentor and train. Recruiters take anyone that has a pulse and hope they stick. NEXT…

Most Network Marketers try to have success by being pushy and only pushing to recruit, recruit. But it is proven it just does not work that way for most people. It does not duplicate. Do not attack them by trying to let them know you have the greatest company out there or the greatest product or service

So if you want to have MLM Success try the no agenda approach and getting to know the person. Make them feel important and that they are not just a number.

When you approach people, drop the Agenda. You will find that you sponsor more people and they will be with you long term. And you can teach the no sales agenda approach to your Team. Everyone can.  So you have MLM duplication.

Even though some Network Marketers talk about MLM duplication, most don’t have a clue what it is or how to get it. Duplication is not when 1% have success. That would be duplicating failure. And that is what most people are experiencing from those so called duplicable MLM systems that have never duplicated success.

Finding Prospects and Keeping Them

What’s the first thought that comes to mind when you have a Prospect?
Most people would say :
- You have to take a look at my business. It’s awesome, cures every illness, will solve all your money problems.
Now STOP and think for a second what happens when you approach people in this fashion…

Before you know, they’d have put on their running shoes and you probably wouldn’t hear from them again.
You must first realize that people join people NOT companies. Relationships are the key.

If that prospect doesn’t trust or like you they will never join your business.
